If you’re like me and sad that the Olympics are over… don’t fret! After more than 10 years of begging, Matt McGill releases a new edition of “Matt McGill Sports Instructional Videos”.
Some warnings:
1. If you’re easily grossed out… don’t watch.
2. If large, out-of-shape men cause you to stumble… don’t watch.
3. Additional out-takes follow the video. May or may not be funny to you.
