I’m currently co-authoring a workbook for parents called, “Can I just SMASH my kids’ phone?” and I’ve been thinking a lot about the world of technology and how some “smartphones” are making kids, families, and uh, me… dumb(er).
As we put the finishing touches on this workbook, I’m currently looking for two things:
1. A GREAT contract-example that parents can use with their kids over phone use.
2. Stories. I’d like 4-5 short stories about how families are managing/restricting/teaching discernment to their kids about their media use.
If you have connections to either of those two needs, let me know. Thanks.
I thought this infographic (from uknowkids.com) was very cool… easy to get into the hands of parents.
Question: Are you doing anything unique in your own family (about media/technology use) that others can learn from? Share it here.
